Shipping Details

For purchases below HK$600, delivery service charge is HK$100. For delivery addresses with no lift service, the delivery service is limited to eight floors above ground level.

The delivery service will be postponed when a typhoon signal is hoisted or when a red or black rainstorm warning becomes effective. We will contact you to change the delivery date. We currently do not deliver to the following areas: (1) Island Districts, (2) any controlled areas and areas where trucks are prohibited from entering.

After receiving your order, a member of staff will contact you via whatsapp/phone call to follow up. Delivery time may vary from 1-7 days (depending on the size of your order). You can also add a note together with your online order if you have a preferred time and date of delivery.
