1. What happens after I make an online order?
A member of staff will contact you via whatsapp/phone call to follow up with your order and arrange a delivery time.
2. How long do deliveries take?
Delivery time may vary from 1-7 days, depending on our stock or the size of your order. Don't worry, we will contact you shortly after receiving your order to arrange the best time for you.
3. What is the minimum order?
There is no minimum order, but there will be an additional cost of $100 HKD for orders below $600 HKD.
4. What is the shipping cost?
We deliver our products by ourselves and you can enjoy free delivery for orders over $600 HKD. There will be an additional cost of $100 HKD for orders below $600 HKD.
5. Are our products organic?
All our products are made with 100% natural ingredients that are also free from MSG, preservatives and additives. We try to use organic ingredients if we can, but we make sure that what we use is up to our standard.
6. Are our products vegan?
We offer a variety of products that are vegan/vegetarian/all natural. The back labels on our products have easy to read symbols to assist you on which products are suitable for you.
7. What is the shelf life of our products?
For snacks, it is important that you keep it in a cool, dry place to avoid direct sunlight and we recommend to consume the product as soon as it is opened. For a better shelf life, it is best to keep it in the fridge after opening. There is a best before date on each product for your reference.
8. Where are our products made?
Our products are made in Hong Kong.
